Smallholder Caught.
Community Grown.

Every piece of Wild Caught Tuna Jerky begins on the water — caught by hand by individual fishermen from Paptuara Island and the surrounding communities of the Solomon Islands. These are not industrial trawlers. These are families with lines, boats, and generations of knowledge about how to read the sea.

By choosing Wild Caught, you are not buying a product. You are participating in a living economy — one built on people, not profit margins.

Yellow Fin Tuna Jerky
& Beyond.

Our hero product is our Wild Caught Yellow Fin Tuna Jerky — carefully dried and packed to preserve the full, clean flavour of the Pacific. But the ocean gives generously, and so do we.

Every product in our range is caught the same way: one line, one fisher, one fish at a time. Seasonal, honest, and deeply good.

Indigenous People.
Taking Control.

We are indigenous people of the Solomon Islands, and we are done waiting for others to decide our economic future. Wild Caught Tuna Jerky is not a charity project. It is a business — built by us, for our communities, on our terms.

We are not a commercial fishing company exploiting our oceans. We exist to create a direct link between our smallholder fishermen and the families around the world who want real food — caught with care, not manufactured without conscience.

People before profits
Families over factories
Sustainable over shareholders

From the Ocean.
Cold to Your Door.

Quality is not an accident. Every step of our process is designed to preserve the integrity of the fish — from the moment it leaves the water to the moment it reaches you.

01

Certified Fishermen, Supplied with Purified Ice

Every fisherman in our network is certified. We supply them with eskies packed with purified ice before they go out — so the cold chain begins at sea, not at the dock.

02

Data Loggers in Every Eskie

Temperature data loggers travel with every catch. We know the exact conditions of every fish from the moment it is caught — full traceability, no guesswork.

03

Unbroken Cold Chain, Shore to Factory

From the shoreline to our processing facility, the cold chain is never broken. Every transfer, every vehicle, every step is temperature controlled and recorded.

04

Dried, Packed, and Ready

Our tuna is dried using a process refined from generations of traditional knowledge and elevated by modern food safety standards — then packed and sealed for you.

Cold chain processing, Wild Caught
"Over millennia, our fishermen would catch fish and smoke-dry it over open fire — sustaining families with vital protein through the long cyclone season. What we do today is that same act of care, carried forward."
